South Vendée, in a renovated character house, this gîte accommodates 6 guests (or 4 adults + 4 children).
Ground floor: living area with kitchen corner, access to a shaded terrace with table, barbecue, and loungers.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms:
- One is 31 m² with a 160 x 200 cm bed, daybed (120 x 190 cm), en-suite shower room, separate WC, TV, WiFi.
- The other is 33 m² with a 160 x 200 cm bed, sofa bed (120 cm), sitting area, en-suite shower room, separate WC, TV, WiFi.
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, carrycot, stroller.
Desk available on request.
No TV channels but a screen to connect your computer. Dogs allowed (if well-behaved, quiet, and friendly with the owners’ dogs and cats). Please do not leave dogs alone in the gîte. Cleaning: you can do it yourselves before departure or book it for an extra fee. Garage for motorbikes, bikes, fishing gear. Quiet, green setting with nature activities nearby.
Hiking trails start on site.
Leisure center 1.5 km away (beach, pedal boats, water activities, fishing), ideal for families. Many sites to visit: Fontenay-le-Comte (Renaissance town), Terre-Neuve castle and theater festival (5 km), Mervent-Vouvant forest, Pierre-Brune park, Natur'Zoo, Marais Poitevin boat trips, beautiful abbeys (10 km). Puy-du-Fou park (60 km), Futuroscope Poitiers (115 km), amusement and water parks (50 km), La Rochelle (45 km), Île de Ré and Fort Boyard (55 km). Vendée beaches (Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Tranche-sur-Mer) about an hour away, Noirmoutier island (120 km).

Agréable gîte, confortable, spacieux, propre.
Parking, terrasse, verdure : extérieur appréciable.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement bien entretenu.

Un merveilleux moment en compagnie de Lolo et Fred. Hôtes adorables, le gîte est parfait dans cette merveilleuse demeure en pierre. Le gîte est au calme avec des merveilles à visiter sans faire bcp de km. Le marais est une merveille, la Rochelle avec son bel aquarium, les sables d Olonne sont port, la plage ect. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Super séjour, acceuilli avec une brioche maison délicieuse accompagné de sa confiture.
Laurence et Frédéric aux top, très chaleureux, maison spacieuse,bien équipé, propre, sans oublier les équipements bébés, extérieur agréable pour se ressourcer, de belles balades. Toutes commodités à proximité. À revenir, à bientôt
