Our secluded farmhouse, located in the Lehrdetal nature reserve, offers you this 80 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms.
Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds; on the ground floor there’s a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker, and freezer.
In the living area, enjoy a fireplace and wonderful views of our meadows and the surrounding nature.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, video-on-demand, coffee machine, heating in all rooms, baby cot, high chair, as well as toys and books for children.
The house is step-free and fully accessible inside, with a wheelchair-friendly bathroom on the ground floor.
Two communal parking spaces and a shared charging station for electric cars are available.
Up to 2 pets are welcome.
Outside, a private, uncovered terrace with garden furniture and parasol awaits you in your own unfenced garden.
A barbecue is available free of charge.
The communal pool in the main garden is open from May to September and is occasionally heated with a heat pump.
At the pool you’ll find an outdoor shower, a large trampoline, a sand playground, and a 25 m zipline.
Bicycles in all sizes are available free of charge.
