Our Arkonablick house is located right by the dunes and beach promenade in the center of Juliusruh.
The 67 m² "Blaue Brise" apartment is on the first floor with a lake view and accommodates up to 5 guests.
It features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies with garden furniture.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, two TVs, radio-CD, and a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an additional fee. A baby bed, high chair, mini safe, and lockable bike storage are included. Relax on the balconies or in the garden.
From mid-May to late September, a private beach chair is available on the beach.
The beach, dunes, and promenade are directly behind the house and garden.
Free street parking is available; an underground parking space can be rented for an additional fee if available.
Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
