New house, air-conditioned and warm. Very comfortable and bright, everything has been thought out for your stay right down to the beds made on arrival.

KITCHEN: Very well equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, separate freezer, ceramic hobs, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, oyster knife, hand blender. In short, everything you need to cook. The island and its 5 bar stools make it easy to find each other. Kitchen open to a large bright living room and opening onto the outside through 2 bay windows.
THE BEDROOMS: all equipped with wooden shutters with blackout curtains, storage space, mirror and vanity tablet.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people
--> MASTER SUITE in terracotta tones of 15 m², large bed 160x200, large dressing room "lady's side/gentleman side" and mirror, private bathroom: vanity unit, Italian shower, toilet, electric towel dryer. West facing.
--> MASTER BEDROOM 11m² "Black and Wood". Double bed 140, wardrobe and shelf. East facing.
--> CHILDREN's DORMITORY: 2 sets of bunk beds with pine drawer beds. New bedding. Offering 6 beds 90x200 on comfortable mattresses of 13 to 15cm thick. Railing for the high beds. Small shelf and lamp for each of the beds. Max weight 100 kg per bed.
CELLAR / LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, drying rack, clothespins, laundry baskets, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
BATHROOMS --> large bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink unit, large electric towel dryer, numerous hooks and hairdryer --> 2 toilets, 1 separate --> 1 shower room in the master suite, shower, WC, single sink, electric towel rail
