A private barbecue is also available. Parking is available on a private road, and there is a shared bicycle storage area on the property.

Airport and station shuttle service available for an extra fee. A tennis court is 15 minutes away. The property is 1 km from the sea, post office, pharmacy, bars, and grocery stores.
Poetto beach is 10 minutes away, Sette Fratelli mountains 20 minutes, Villasimius 45 minutes, and Cagliari and Elmas airport 35 minutes.
