Terrasse uneinsichtig, keine direkten Nachbarn. Blick auf das Meer. Mehrere Balkone, quasi 360 Grad Blick.
Teils alte, verzogen Fenster. Wenig Wasserdruck in der Dusche, lauwarmes Wasser, was wohl an einer alten Heizanlage liegt.

.....nel contratto e nell'annuncio hanno descritto la presenza di un ascensore (... Impianto di sollevamento per persone...) ma in realtà è un montascale, due descrizioni totalmente diverse. L'appartamento è al 4° piano!, bello con un bel terrazzo vista mare ma decisamente non l'avrei scelto se avrebbero scritto il vero.
