With a beautiful furnished terrace and a garden offering a lovely view of the courtyard and plants, this property features: - a comfortable living room, - a cozy dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer), - two bedrooms with double beds, - two bathrooms, each with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, - fireplace, fan, desk, - TV, satellite or cable, - games for all ages, - carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, hangers. The property also has private parking. Located just a 5-minute drive from the center of Bayonne, this house offers a quiet and pleasant setting, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.
