This accommodation consists of: - a comfortable living room, - a warm and comfortable living room, - a cozy dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer), - two bedrooms with double beds, - a children’s bedroom with a 90×160 cm bed, - a bedroom with a single bed and a foosball table, - two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, - two separate toilets, - games for all ages, books, and toys for children, as well as an outdoor ping-pong table, - a video projector, - a south-facing terrace and garden with a barbecue, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, hangers, - television, Wi-Fi, - portable air conditioner available to cool the second floor, - radiators, central heating, smoke detector, - security cameras located in the garden. The house offers a pleasant view of the garden. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût, le tout est parfaitement équipé et on se sent immédiatement chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la gare et seulement 20 minutes porte à porte du centre de Paris. Un séjour agréable et sans aucune fausse note.
