The accommodation comprises - A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A 5 m² terrace, with views of the sea and mountains, facing south-east, with furniture, to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant and dynamic environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - L'Île Rousse beach 750m away & a variety of water sports activities - Numerous signposted trails for hiking, trail walking and mountain biking - Start of the GR20 at Calenzana 27km away - Numerous beaches in the area Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered parking space, which is secured by an electric gate.
