The nearest marina, Atlantic Ferries - Tróia Norte (Marina de Troia), is just a 7-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 90-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom features all amenities, including a shower, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.
There is also a washing machine located in the apartment's pantry. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

A lovely, well-located flat with a view of the park. It’s fully equipped and practical, and close to the beach.
It’s a bit noisy, though, and the windowless bedroom isn’t ideal for airing out. Those are the only downsides; otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Really good, amazing location and a great atmosphere.
The only downside is that the sofa is really uncomfortable, but apart from that it was absolutely brilliant and they let us check out late

Nice location and beach. one small issue is no AC but fans worked and we stayed fairly cool. if AC is a must it might be challenging
