In the heart of the picturesque village of Palau-Saverdera, comfortably located at the foot of the majestic Sierra de Verdeara mountains, at an altitude of 78 meters above sea level, lies a luxurious villa, as if taken from the pages of a lifestyle magazine.
This architectural masterpiece of 240 m², surrounded by a magnificent garden and a turquoise pool, is ready to welcome up to ten guests, promising them an unforgettable holiday in an atmosphere of refined luxury and comfort. Crossing the threshold of the villa, you find yourself in a spacious living room where soft sofas, like clouds, invite you to lie down and enjoy the coolness of the air conditioning, while a large TV promises fun evenings in the company of family and friends. The villa offers five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with double beds that guarantee deep and healthy sleep.
Three modern bathrooms with shower cabins will allow you to refresh yourself and feel at home. The villa's kitchen is a real find for those who love to cook.
Fully equipped with everything you need, it offers everything to create culinary masterpieces.
The dining areas, both inside the house and outdoors, will allow you to enjoy a meal in any setting. From the villa, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. But the real gem of the villa is its grounds.
A swimming pool and a lounge area create ideal conditions for relaxation and entertainment.
And the garage with several parking spaces will ensure the comfort and safety of your vehicle. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants where you can try and taste local dishes. A villa in Palau-Saverdera is not just a place to rest; it is a place where memories are born, where every detail is thought out for your comfort.
Here you can enjoy tranquility and peace, inspiring views, and impeccable service, including the services of a pool caretaker and a gardener.
Welcome to your personal paradise on Earth!
