Overlooking the picturesque fishing village of Marina Grande, SeaPearl Sorrento Apartment is an elegant sea-view residence where the authentic charm of Sorrento meets modern comfort.
Located in one of the most evocative and historic areas of the city, the apartment offers an extraordinary view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, with the panorama of the traditional colorful port houses adding to the special atmosphere. With an area of approximately 90 square meters, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and is the ideal choice for families, couples, or small groups of friends who wish to experience Sorrento from a privileged perspective: directly by the sea, in an authentic and relaxing setting, yet still within a short distance of the historic center. The property is located within a building overlooking the port and is accessed via approximately 50 steps from street level, without an elevator.
Once you arrive, the climb is amply rewarded by a unique scenery: the deep blue of the sea, the profile of Vesuvius on the horizon, and the constant movement of boats in the village of Marina Grande accompany every moment of the day. The heart of the house is the large, bright, and welcoming panoramic living room, designed to maximize the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Here, guests can relax on the double sofa bed, dine at the table, or simply let themselves be enveloped by the light and colors of the sea. The fireplace, a striking decorative feature, is for aesthetic purposes only and does not provide heating.
The living room opens onto a private sea-view terrace, perfect for starting the day with an outdoor coffee or enjoying an aperitif at sunset with an unforgettable view of the Gulf of Naples. The functional and well-equipped kitchen allows for comfortable meal preparation and convivial moments during your stay.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, wine fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and a four-burner electric hob. The sleeping area is designed to offer privacy and comfort, with cozy and well-arranged bedrooms, ideal for a relaxing stay in any season.
All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and heating. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS • Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom: king-size bed, air conditioning and heating, TV, small private balcony overlooking the characteristic colorful houses of Marina Grande and the surrounding greenery – Bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower enclosure, hairdryer • Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom: king-size bed, air conditioning and heating, TV, small private balcony with a view of the houses in the village of Marina Grande and the greenery – Bathroom: sink, toilet, bidet, shower enclosure, hairdryer Staying in Marina Grande means choosing the truest and most charming side of Sorrento.
This ancient fishing village still preserves an authentic atmosphere today, made up of pastel-colored houses, nets, boats, seaside restaurants, and slower rhythms, far from the more touristy part of the city.
It is the ideal place for those who wish to immerse themselves in a more genuine Sorrento, without giving up the convenience of having the center within easy reach. One of the great advantages of this location is precisely the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.
Marina Grande allows you to experience the sea up close, with a small beach, beach clubs, and excellent seafood restaurants just a short walk from the house, but also to easily reach the heart of the city.
Piazza Tasso is about a 10–15 minute walk away, along a pleasant panoramic stroll. This area is also particularly convenient for those who want the sea to be the protagonist of their vacation.
From Marina Grande, you can organize private boat tours, excursions along the coast, days exploring bays and coves only accessible by sea, as well as pleasant kayak tours to explore the coastline from an exclusive perspective.
Luggage service is also available upon request and for a fee, which is particularly useful considering the steps required to reach the apartment. Thanks to its location, SeaPearl Sorrento Apartment is also an excellent starting point for visiting some of the most famous locations in the area.
