Please note that this is a private home, so take good care of it as if it were your own. The historic centre is mostly pedestrian-friendly, but public car parks are just a few minutes' walk away. Once you arrive, most of Coimbra's main points of interest can be easily explored on foot. Nearby parking options: • Mercado Municipal Car Park (D. Pedro V) — 3 minutes on foot • Avenida Fernão de Magalhães parking areas — 5–7 minutes on foot This property offers self check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for violation of this rule. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. The place is absolutely lovely, really comfortable and in a great location. Right in the heart of Coimbra. You can do everything on foot. Everything is new and very modern, with charm and a great atmosphere. Lovely bed linen, a clean space and a fully equipped kitchen. Communication is quick and friendly. An excellent place to stay when visiting Coimbra, this charming spot.
