Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus stop, Campo Lindo, is just a 1-minute walk. The nearest metro station, Salgueiros, is just a 17-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking for a pleasant stay.

All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also offers one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom, both stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. I recommend it
: it’s a bit out of the way from Porto city centre, but public transport is very, very convenient and means you don’t need to hire a car. There’s a really good restaurant opposite the flat, and a Continental supermarket. In short, it’s in a great location. And Yuri, who welcomed us, is lovely.

Pleasant stay in a quiet building located 10-15 minutes from the centre of Porto by bus. Apartment size. Dishwasher available. Given that we are a family of four with two children and we stayed for six nights, the lack of a washing machine was a real drawback.
We could have done with a few more plates, glasses, mugs, dessert spoons and forks so that we didn't have to run the dishwasher so often.

Old-style house, reminiscent of the grandparents' house where we spent our childhood. Well refurbished and well equipped.
