Please note that this is a private property, so we kindly ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. Casa de Vessadas is located in a rural area, so having a car is the most practical and recommended option for getting around. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro (Porto), approximately 1h15 by car. Galicia (Spain) is easily accessible by ferry from Caminha (connecting to La Guardia) or by car via the bridge at Vila Nova de Cerveira. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. There is a second guest bathroom. The property also has a shared laundry area. Internet service is available with limitations, suitable only for basic use such as browsing and messaging — it may not be suitable for video streaming, video calls or remote work. An outdoor area is also available for guests to enjoy the surrounding natural landscape and for parking. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and personal care products for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. It’s excellent. The combination of stone and wood gives it a homely feel. It has two separate internet connections to avoid any outages if someone is working from home. The rooms are spacious. It was very clean. A peaceful spot just 7 minutes from Caminha
