Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Public transport options near the property include local buses with stops just a short walk away, providing easy access to Ponta Delgada and surrounding areas.
For a more leisurely journey, use the electric scooters provided for a scenic ride along the coast. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to the Beach House, a cozy 70 sqm retreat for up to 6 guests.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, with everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The host was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a very good experience and great value for money. I would happily stay here again.

Great location walking distance from the beach! The Airbnb was clean and as described in the photos. The snack bar next door can get very loud at night but outside if that, great stay! Would book here again :)

We had a lovely time at the accommodation. It was very clean, and there’s a large beach and some nice pubs nearby. As it’s right next to a road, it was a bit noisy.
