The house offers space for up to 4 people in two bedrooms on the upper floor and a cozy living area with a dining space on the ground floor.
From the living area, you can access the sheltered terrace, which is particularly private thanks to the house's secluded location. The separate kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher and oven; the shower room is also located on the ground floor.
A beach chair and garden furniture are available from May to October.
The house is situated directly behind the dunes, only 100 m from the beach and Gosch am Kliff, in a quiet location with pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Extras: Dogs welcome Free washing machine & dryer (Seedüne 7) Free parking space. Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday on Sylt. Other Information: Tourist tax will be settled through us (guest cards digitally via email). One-time booking fee: €30. Minimum stay in high season: 7 nights. Bed linen & towels optional: €25 per set. Pets allowed (max. 3 animals): €15 per animal/day.
