The kitchen is newly furnished including a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, etc. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a pull-out couch for 2 people is available in the living room.
The bathroom consists of a shower with a toilet. Bed linen and towels are included. The magnificent, central location in a green area and near the golf course offers a wonderful view of Lake Faak, AUSTRIA'S SOUTHERNMOST AND CLEANEST BATHING LAKE, and the Karawanken mountains. Directly from the house, you can reach the beautiful public lido "Panorama Beach Drobollach" with free swimming access in approx. 5 minutes' walk across meadows and fields. In close proximity, you will find mini-golf, tennis courts, and a leisure center with volleyball. 2 equestrian centers and a forest fitness trail are in the region. Ideally located for excursions to Italy (Venice) and Slovenia.
Day trips to the sea (Grado, Lignano, Jesolo - approx. 1.5 hours' drive). Experience CARD Region Villach free of charge for the duration of your stay. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkompliziert, schöne Wohnung, kleiner Garten eingezäunt und prima für Hund. E-bikes im Garten überdacht einschliessbar. Nur Barzahlung möglich, war etwas Aufwand. Wlan schwach, aber Vermieter sehr bemüht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
