Charming, characterful house located in the small hamlet of Le Sarradeil at 862 m altitude, perfect for relaxing and exploring Ariège with family or friends.
This 175 m² stone mountain house accommodates up to 8 guests.
Enjoy a peaceful setting with a terrace and small garden. The spacious 35 m² kitchen is fully equipped with a large table, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, dishwasher, and a high chair.
The kitchen opens onto a 36 m² living room with sofa, TV, and a small bar area, extending to the terrace.
A furnished mezzanine offers a reading corner, playroom, DVDs, books, and board games. Wi-Fi is available.
Three large bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1 – 1 double bed (140 cm), bathroom, WC (34 m²) 2 – 1 double bed (140 cm) + 2 single beds (90 cm), bathroom, WC, wood stove (27 m²) 3 – 1 double bed (140 cm), bathroom, WC (28 m²) Cot available. A cellar with washing machine is ideal for storing bikes, skis, or other gear.
Also at your disposal: garden furniture, loungers, and stone barbecue. Wood heating and auxiliary heating are available.
Bed linen is not provided.
Cleaning is the guest's responsibility. The house is 16 km from Tarascon-sur-Ariège, 39 km from Ax-les-Thermes, and about 1 hour from Pas de la Case.
Close to the Beille plateau and Étang de l'Hers.
On site, you can fish and hike.
Nearby, visit prehistoric caves like Niaux, de la Vache, and Lombrives.
Many leisure activities nearby: canyoning, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking, and hiking.

Un gîte magnifique avec beaucoup de charmes et beaucoup de goût. Tout y est pour passer un magnifique séjour, rien ne manque. Endroit cossy et très reposant. Des propriétaires très à l écoute, super contact par téléphone et par mail, une concierge très accueillante et de bons conseils. Bref, un endroit magique pour du repos assuré. Vacances de 15 jours Août 2023.

Le Gîte et le jardin sont juste splendides, très reposant, apaisant ! très bien agencé avec beaucoup de charme. Les chambres sont jolies avec beaucoup de cachet, et parfaitement propres. Beaucoup de petit à coté qui font aussi le charme de ce lieu (salon, cuisine et terrasses)
Vraiment un bel endro...
