Nestled among rolling vineyards and a lush oak forest, our house, part of a farmhouse divided into two houses, offers breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside.

Spread over two floors, the 180 m² house welcomes you with a large open space on the ground floor, where the living room and dining area merge with a well-equipped kitchen.
The four bedrooms, three of which are double, guarantee comfort and privacy, complemented by three modern bathrooms. The private garden, with its patio and pergola, becomes a natural extension of the house.
The shared 12-meter panoramic swimming pool overlooks the valley, offering a privileged spot to admire the surrounding landscape. A few steps away, you can explore the paths that wind through centuries-old woods and vineyards.
