Located on the 5th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
On the mezzanine :
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan.
The flat is ideally located in Chambéry, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Castle of the Dukes of Savoy (5min walk)
- Musée Savoisien (2min)
- Annecy city tour (30min by car)
Nearby lakes :
- Lac du Bourget at Aix-les bains (15min drive) or Lac d'Annecy (30min drive): for boat trips, water skiing and wakeboarding, etc.
