It is heated from October 1st to May 30th, allowing you to fully enjoy it even outside the summer season. The upper floor is entirely dedicated to rest and consists of three spacious bedrooms. The master suite benefits from its own en-suite bathroom for complete privacy, while a second bathroom completes the facilities on this level. An additional toilet is also available on the ground floor for added convenience. The experience continues within the urbanization, which offers exceptional facilities: a communal swimming pool with breathtaking views of the city and the sea, a modern gym, and a coworking space (open space). Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the children's playground and the outdoor fitness area equipped with pull-up bars. Located in a quiet environment while remaining close to a wide choice of restaurants, this house is the ideal base to fully enjoy your stay. We cannot be held responsible for the closure of swimming pools by decision of the co-ownership or regional decision due to water restrictions implemented during drought periods. Please note that for your comfort, we provide a FIRST NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini-bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for the coffee maker and dishwasher, which will not be replenished during your stay. Security system: The property is equipped with a connected alarm system with a monitoring device.
