Discover this beautiful house of 130 m2 located in La Richardais, thought to offer a stay both functional and deeply relaxing.
It is ideal for one or two couples with children because it offers two independent lounges. It has an east facing balcony, offering stunning views of the Rance, ideal setting for your breakfasts in the sun. The accommodation is distinguished by its generous volumes and its welcoming atmosphere which immediately invites relaxation. The large blue room on the 1st floor is equipped with a large double bed of 160x200, as well as an extra umbrella bed. Access to the large 1st bathroom is via the red living room. The second pink bedroom on the second floor, also with Rance view, has a double bed 160x200 which can be converted into two single beds of 80x200 for total flexibility. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, is equipped with two single beds of 80x200, a child bed of 80x180. It is perfect for children.
A bathroom with shower is available to the occupants of the 2nd floor. To complete these beds, the red living room on the first floor includes a double sofa 140x200. It should be noted that this living room is a place of passage, the extra bed function is reserved for those sleeping in deep sleep ;-). On the ground floor, daily life is facilitated by a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and even a fondue machine for friendly evenings.
You can take your meals at the large 8-seater table located in the living/dining room with direct access to the garden. For your leisure, a table tennis table with rackets and balls is at your disposal, as well as a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee for your comfort. The accommodation has a wifi connection to stay connected during your stay. You can park in front of the house on the courtyard side.
