You will access it by a private staircase: You will enter directly into the great PIECE HAS BEEN opened with: - A sofa and TV. - A dining table for 4/6 people - A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, mini-oven, mini-dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, hood, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, cooker... Office space separates the living room from the 1st bedroom. - A PARENTAL ROOM with a Queen-size bed 160x200cm, a closet/closet, a TV - a private bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, double sink, bathtub and washing machine - independent toilets - a 2nd ROOM with a double bed 140x190cm and a TV - a shower room with Italian shower and sink furniture Outside you can enjoy - two west-facing terraces with outdoor dining room, gas plancha and sun loungers - the garden (not fenced vis-à-vis other properties of the subdivision and slope) Note that for your comfort: - Bed linen and towels are provided and installed - Check-in and check-out schedules can be flexible except in case of arrival and cross-check-out. - The house has an internet connection with the Fibre - The property has free and secure parking for 1 to 2 vehicles Important note: - Since the keys are not self-contained, we ask for a surcharge of 15€ for arrivals between 20h and 21h30, 30€ from 21h30 and 50€ after midnight.
