Gostiteljica je ob prijavi hotela zaračunati višjo taxo v višini 9,40 € in končno čiščenje v višini 20 €. Ob rezervaciji ni navedeno, da je potrebno dodatno plačati končno čiščenje. Na koncu sem plačal dogovorjeno taxo in končno čiščenje.
