It comprises an attractive 34 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and an unusual 399 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 34 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room with WC - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A lovely 399 m² atypical garden with petanque area The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Beaches nearby - Visits to typical sites: Concarneau, Pointe du Raz, Plage de la Torche, Glénan islands - Minigolf - Tree climbing - Water sports - Hiking trails - Thalasso, spa and casino Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Quimper, about 17 km away - Nearest airport: Brest-Guipavas, about 92 km away. You'll need a car to enjoy the region to the full. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
