A green, calm residential part of Livorno, with bus stops within walking distance and restaurants nearby. Self check-in with a key box, between 16:00 and 23:00. Set your navigator to Via Uberto Mondolfi 165, Livorno.
Number 165 is not visible from the main road: look for the Eni petrol station on the right, the entrance is directly opposite it. Follow the white gravel driveway to the pink villa with green shutters.
Park on the green area to the right of the white gate, climb the villa steps and you will find the key box next to the letterbox.

Cooling is managed by us: write to us and we adjust it for you. Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked, along with toilet paper for the first days and one dose of dishwasher detergent.
Electricity, heating, cooling, washer, dryer, linen, private parking and bike storage are all included in the rate.
Food, seasonings and consumables such as hand soap, laundry detergent and bin bags are not provided.
Waste is collected door to door: plastic, general waste and paper in the bins in the yard; glass in the container on Via Mondolfi by the petrol station; organic in the bins in the storage room.
