Welcome to our traditional house in the Bassin d'Arcachon, located in Biganos, between forest, river and ocean. A family home renovated by us, designed to comfortably accommodate 8 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
A strategic location to discover the Bay of Arcachon. The house is located at:
25 km from the Dune du Pilat
35 km from the ocean beaches
40 km from Bordeaux
In the immediate vicinity of the Leyre, nicknamed the "little Amazon", very popular for swimming and canoeing during the hot weather.
Facture-Biganos train station can be reached on foot in 8 minutes, allowing you to reach Bordeaux easily without a car. A real asset for a practical stay on the Bay of Arcachon.
A family home with garden, terrace and independent outbuilding, which allows you to preserve privacy between two families or generations.
The house is organised around a beautiful bright living space of 40 m²: living room opening onto a convivial kitchen of 15 m² with large worktop. A pleasant space to cook, share meals and meet up after the beach.
In the extension, an outdoor terrace shaded by a fig tree and a wisteria welcomes summer lunches and outdoor evenings. The flowery and wooded garden offers a quiet and pleasant setting.
Bedrooms: The house has 4 sleeping areas:
- A bedroom with a double bed 160 cm
- A bedroom with two bunk beds 90 cm
- A bedroom upstairs (10 m²) with a double bed 140 cm, accessible by a miller's ladder (access more suitable for mobile and alert people)
> An independent outbuilding in the garden including a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and a private bathroom (shower and toilet)

The house is our main residence, inhabited all year round by our family. You will find a personal decoration and a simple and warm atmosphere. The accommodation is fully prepared for your arrival: free spaces and organisation adapted to the welcome.
Thanks to quality insulation, the house remains cool even during the hot weather of the southwest, offering appreciable comfort in summer.
