The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Tavernes; it has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 44 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The single-storey accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 44 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two), a dining area and a wood-burning stove (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, with a double bed (140x190), air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet).
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed on a mezzanine (140x190) and a single bed (ideal for a child)
- A separate shower room (with shower)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine and cot.
Air conditioning is only available in the master bedroom.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 7m x 3m. Open from April to October and secured by an alarm.
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 2,500 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 77 m² south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally located in Tavernes, in very pleasant surroundings.
You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. What to do : - Tavernes and the surrounding area : Walks in the Provencal countryside - Gorges du Verdon: spectacular canyon (France's "Grand Canyon") - Lac de Quinson: turquoise water, very calm - Cotignac: Magnificent hilltop village - Aups : Famous Provencal market Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (maximum 4 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Pertuis, 60 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, 84 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
