Inside the Residence Ladunia, in a well-kept environment surrounded by greenery, we offer for rent for the summer period, a renovated apartment with a panoramic view of the sea.
The solution is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance; internally it consists of a bright living room with a relaxation corner, a practical separate kitchen, equipped with all the comforts (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, airfryer) and a large sliding glass door that allows access to the beautiful covered veranda, which offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Marinella, reaching in the distance the promontory of Capo Figari in Golfo Aranci and the majestic Island of Tavolara.
This corner, together with the garden, are the strong point of the house: a welcoming and relaxing space, where you can share outdoor moments with your loved ones and enjoy the nature that surrounds them.
Continuing on, from the living room you reach the sleeping area consisting of a practical bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with window with shower and the double bedroom with private bathroom.
In all rooms there is an air conditioning system, helping to create a comfortable and welcoming environment; ideal for those looking for an oasis of absolute relaxation.
The Ladunia residence is a private and well-kept complex; at its entrance there is a concierge and free parking, a restaurant, a service center, a play area as well as soccer and tennis courts but last but last but not least, there is a beautiful shared saltwater “infinity pool on the sea”.
Its strategic position also allows you to easily reach the famous Marinella beach, the picturesque center of Porto Rotondo and the main tourist destinations in the area.
