A welcoming and functional studio, conveniently located in a area with excellent metro access, perfect for reaching the city center in just a few minutes and easily traveling to San Salvario.
The location is also ideal for those needing to reach the Po River Park, the Lingotto exhibition center, the exhibition centers, the city's hospitals, and the universities.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for a practical and relaxing stay and can accommodate up to three guests.
The approximately 39 square meter apartment is located on the eighth floor of a period building with an elevator (not accessible to disabled guests). The interior space comprises: LIVING AREA with sofa bed, dining table, split air conditioning, and a smart TV KITCHEN CORNER equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and wardrobe BATHROOM (accessible from the sleeping area) equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower Two BALCONIES overlooking the city and the Alps.
Additional amenities available to guests include unlimited WiFi, an iron and ironing board, and central heating.
Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the condominium building is under video surveillance for security reasons.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The house is located in a residential area, just few meters from the metro, which can take you to the center in less than six minutes and even less to the very crowded San Salvario.
We are a short walk from the Po River Park, the most important exhibition centers, Lingotto, the most renowned city hospitals and the University Faculties.
Turin is a splendid city, and boasts over 40 national and local museums, some of which are of absolute interest.
In addition, the Royal Residences of the Savoy, arranged around the city, are well placed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
Very convenient to move around: just a few steps away is the metro station that takes you towards the center, Porta Nuova or Lingotto.
