This large studio apartment is ideally located for exploring Turin, with easy access to the subway, allowing you to reach the city center in just a few minutes and the lively San Salvario neighborhood in even less time.
Just steps from Parco del Po, the Lingotto exhibition center, the main exhibition centers, major hospitals, and university campuses, it's the perfect solution for both leisure and business stays.

The approximately 48 square meter apartment is located on the eighth floor of a period building with an elevator (not accessible to guests with disabilities). The interior space comprises: LIVING AREA with sofa bed, dining table, desk, split air conditioning and smart TV KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle and coffee maker.
SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe BATHROOM (accessible from the sleeping area) equipped with wc, bidet and shower Two BALCONIES with views of the city and the Alps.
Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited WiFi, iron and ironing board, central heating.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: The entrance to the condominium building is under video surveillance for security reasons.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

This apartment has an Automated Smartlock door system.

The house is located in a residential area, just few meters from the metro, which can take you to the center in less than six minutes and even less to the very crowded San Salvario.
We are a short walk from the Po River Park, the most important exhibition centers, Lingotto, the most renowned city hospitals and the University Faculties.
Turin is a splendid city, and boasts over 40 national and local museums, some of which are of absolute interest.
In addition, the Royal Residences of the Savoy, arranged around the city, are well placed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
Very convenient to move around: just a few steps away is the metro station that takes you towards the center, Porta Nuova or Lingotto.

Die Unterkunft ist nah einer U-Bahn Station über welche man direkt ins Zentrum kam. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich.
Man braucht ein Handy mit Internet, um in die Unterkunft zu gelangen, aber dass war alles sehr unkompliziert!
