A final bedroom is located on a mezzanine level (no shutters, only blackout curtains) with two 90cm beds, providing welcome extra space. You will also have a bathroom with a toilet. A separate toilet offers additional comfort and convenience for stays with family or friends. A washing machine is also included. Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture, ideal for sharing meals, as well as a chlorine swimming pool secured by a cover, for moments of relaxation in complete peace and quiet. Located close to amenities and in a beautiful natural setting, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the Arcachon Basin and enjoying the beach in complete tranquility.
