Very good stay :) Welcome to La Bergerie des Oliviers, an ancient family building in stone full of history, now transformed into an authentic and warm home.
This 70 m2 single storey house offers an exceptional living environment on the heights of Saint-André-de-la-Roche, where the charm of the old meets modern comfort.
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the huge plot of 1000 m2 with centuries-old olive trees and by the stunning panoramic view that extends to the Bay of Angels.
The main living room, bathed in light thanks to a large bay window creating a unique inside-out effect, has a living room with TV and a fireplace for your evenings off season.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine to prepare your meals easily.
For your comfort, the accommodation has a toilet near the bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a second independent toilet.
There is also a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer.
For your nights, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to a master bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a ceiling fan, a night space with a single bed next to the stairs and a quality 160x200 convertible sofa located in the living room.
A cot is also available for younger travelers.
To facilitate your stay and lighten your suitcases, sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Please note that the accommodation has wifi connection, giving you the perfect opportunity for a real connection.
