Please close the gate in the evening and use the rear balcony after 10:00 pm. Check-in is possible until 11:00 pm, available for an extra fee. Only one set of keys is provided.
A basic welcome kit is included: we recommend bringing everything you need, including kitchen towels and condiments, as these are not supplied. The welcome kit includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and some soap.

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Casa Brown verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und schön im italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Für fünf Personen ist sie ideal. Küche, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd waren vorhanden und funktionierten gut. Die Betten waren ...
Das WLAN funktionierte bei uns leider kaum, deshalb haben wir unser mobiles Internet genutzt. Einige Dinge in der Wohnung zeigen bereits Gebrauchsspuren. Besonders die Pfanne war etwas abgenutzt, sodass das Essen leicht daran kleben blieb. Das waren für uns jedoch nur kleine Punkte und sie haben unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.
