The property is surrounded by a large private garden, meticulously maintained and fully enclosed, ideal for ensuring safety and freedom even for younger guests. Outside, a lush green space unfolds, crossed by pathways in light gravel and natural stone, where flower beds and tall trees such as pines and oaks create a shaded, secluded, and pleasantly cool environment during the warmest days.
Here, guests can enjoy moments of relaxation or social time thanks to a ping pong table, designed for both adults and children, as well as an outdoor dining area equipped to host up to 10-12 people with a barbecue, perfect for informal dinners and convivial grill evenings. The heart of the property is the swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 1.60 m), available throughout the year.
With its soft and harmonious lines, it blends seamlessly into the landscape and resembles a small natural pond, offering a relaxing atmosphere with open views over the surrounding hills.
