Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC - A 15 m² veranda with furniture, opening onto the garden First floor: - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 20 m² south-facing terrace with a manual awning and furniture to make the most of the fine weather. - A private south-facing garden of 50 m². The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Enjoy Calanque de Port d'Alon: superb natural cove for swimming, snorkelling, relaxing and picnicking in a protected Mediterranean setting - Swimming and leisure activities at Plage des Lecques: a large family beach with water sports activities - Take a spectacular walk along the coastal path from Saint-Cyr to Bandol to admire the cliffs and coves. - Stroll around Madrague and the local harbour Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two vehicles).
