Cocoonr agency offers this 80 m², air-conditioned house for rent in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, about 1.5 km from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 50 m² living room with double sofa bed (140x190), TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30m² east-facing terrace with sea view
- A large, partially enclosed garden of 1,000 m², facing south-east
The house is ideally located in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a quiet, pleasant setting.
All the essential shops and restaurants are around 2 km away. Activities : - Beach about 1.5 km from the house. - Bastia 40 km away - Sports activities (water sports, walking, etc.) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (maximum two vehicles). Free parking for three additional vehicles is also available 20 m from the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bastia Poretta airport, approx. 25 km away - Bastia ferry terminal about 40 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management) and Laetitia CIMIGNANI (concierge and housekeeping services). Other notes: - The accommodation is accessed via a small flight of stairs with around ten steps. - Air conditioning is only available in the living room. - Bed linen and towels are included. - Free Wi-Fi is available (fibre optic). - Pets are permitted, subject to a supplement of €30 per stay.
