From the south-east-facing balcony of Hanseat 1/084, you can enjoy a sea view. This 58 m² apartment is on the 5th floor of a residential complex directly beside the dike in Grömitz, a little removed from the bustle. The beach is approximately 100 m away, and the dog beach is around 3 minutes away according to the provider.

A parking space and bicycle storage in the basement are available. A washing machine and dryer are also in the basement and can be used for a fee. A dog is allowed. There is a lift, though 6 steps lead to the building entrance.
