The chalet offers two parking spaces—one on-site and one in a garage.
Pets are welcome (1 allowed). Parties and events are not permitted. The chalet is in a very peaceful location, with only one discreet neighboring chalet.
The village of Seyne, 6 km away, offers all daily amenities: supermarket, bakeries, ATMs, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
Just 12 km away, the Saint-Jean-Montclar resort is perfect for families and also offers rafting and paragliding.
The Serre-Ponçon Lake, 40 minutes by car, is ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
Cyclists will love the variety of routes around the chalet, suitable for all levels.

Taille du chalet pour 7 est parfaite.
La chalet craque de partout, compliqué la nuit quand qqu'un se lève sans réveiller tout le monde.
Le chemin d'accès est assez défoncé et exigu.
Les équipements, bien que complets, sont vétustes, le réfrigérateur est trop petit, pas de cafetière moderne, et douche de la sdb à réparer.

La vue exceptionnelle on a passé nos soirées et nos mâtinée sur le balcon, la nature , la tranquillité, la douche neuve, le cumulus 250 l , la table de cuisson , le lave vaisselle , la machine à laver, les ustensiles de cuisine , l'aspirateur, la confiance de la propriétaire, aucun état des lieux , une maison familiale équipée à l'ancienne , 80m2 confortable et pour le chien nickel
La route d'accès difficile , une citadine prend cher ! Le frigo minuscule pour 2 ça allait mais pour une famille compliqué ! Le bruit du plancher qui grince énormément, la propreté limite pour des maniaques : on a fait le ménage en arrivant .Attention au garde corps sur le balcon avec des enfants , ...
