This 200 m² apartment spans two floors (1st & 2nd) in a renovated, listed semi-detached house from 1926.
The spacious, bright guest apartment accommodates up to 2 guests (3 on request) and features airy rooms, high-quality wooden floors, and parquet.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms each with a single bed (2nd floor), plus a pull-out sofa in the living room (1st floor). Bathrooms: 1 shared bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub (2nd floor), plus a separate guest WC on the ground floor (at the entrance to the apartment). Living & dining area: Open kitchen with gas stove, large dining table, living area with cable TV (connected by sliding door). There’s also a separate room with sofa and desk, ideal for home office.
Outdoor area: Two balconies with seating and dining options. Attractions such as the New Town Hall, Old Town with Leinewelle and Ballhof, Maschsee lake, Eilenriede forest, and Herrenhausen Gardens are all reachable by public transport in up to 15 minutes, or on foot in 15–30 minutes.
The exhibition grounds are accessible by tram in under 30 minutes.
The main train station is 15 minutes away by bus or tram.
