The result of a meticulous restoration by architect Fabrizia Frezza, the property combines the charm of traditional Ponza architecture with contemporary comfort, offering a one-of-a-kind view: the harbour with its colourful houses, the sea, and the charming hamlet of Santa Maria.
The villa is spread over several levels connected by staircases and panoramic terraces that follow the natural contours of the land. It can comfortably accommodate families or friends thanks to its spacious indoor and outdoor areas, designed to allow guests to enjoy the island with the utmost privacy and relaxation.
THE SPACES
The interior spaces
All rooms have access from the outside, allowing for maximum privacy and independence, but they are also connected internally. An internal staircase connects the dining area to the second-floor bedroom.
Second level:
Master bedroom with a private terrace overlooking the harbour, an en suite bathroom with a window facing the harbour, and a freestanding copper bathtub at the foot of the bed.
Bedroom with two single beds and one pull-out bed, featuring an en suite bathroom that can also serve as a cosy sitting area for the master bedroom.

The outdoor areas
The villa’s exterior creates a unique setting with panoramic terraces on various levels that surround the home. The 1,000 square metres of outdoor space, featuring a beautiful biomorphic infinity pool that seems to merge with the sea and the Bourbon harbour as a backdrop, make this location truly one-of-a-kind in Ponza.
On each level of the villa, distinctive patios create charming dining and conversation areas, as well as inviting relaxation spots. Each dining area features a barbecue.
Connection to the village
The villa is accessible by car, with on-site parking available. For those who enjoy walking, the typical Ponza stairways connect the villa to the village.

Every element of the villa tells a storey: custom-made furniture crafted from reclaimed wood, handcrafted ceramics from Vietri and Deruta in the bathroom mosaics, linen and cotton fabrics in natural tones, an antique wood-fired oven carved into the rock, and vintage terracotta jars. The island’s original stone is visible throughout the interiors, deliberately left in its natural state. White dominates the colour palette, interspersed with touches of sky blue, aqua green, and purplish red that evoke the colours of the Mediterranean.
