The Atrium House is not a villa like any other. With its 280m² of house and 250m² of atrium, i.e. 530m² of exceptional volumes, it is a private resort in its own right — designed for those who refuse to choose between the comfort of a refined interior and the freedom of the outdoors.
🏛️ The atrium — the room you won't forget
The architectural heart of the villa, this 250m² space houses the heated swimming pool under a black frame glass roof, partially open to the southern sky. Depending on your mood or the weather, the pool becomes indoor or outdoor. Around: a natural stone beach, a large dining table, tropical plants. An atmosphere between a luxury hotel and a family home.

High-end jacuzzi, sauna — the villa's spa area is designed for absolute relaxation, in complete privacy, whatever the season.

The 130m² living room opens into a single floor: custom-made kitchen with central island, integrated wine cellar, dining room for 10 people, living room. All under an exposed wooden framework that brings warmth and character. A bar worthy of a professional establishment, with a collection of selected spirits, completes the space.
