Located in Lavaur, in the Pays de Cocagne, this independent accommodation, adjoining the owners’ property, provides a convenient base for exploring the Tarn while offering a pleasant and well-equipped setting.
Its location allows easy access to the town centre and main roads, while remaining close to the rolling landscapes typical of the Tarn countryside.
You can easily plan visits to Saint-Alain Cathedral, the Jardin des Martels, the village of Lautrec or Cordes-sur-Ciel.
Albi, with its UNESCO-listed Episcopal City, is also within easy reach for a day trip. The accommodation, entirely on one level, is designed to host up to 4 guests with a level of comfort well suited to this capacity.
It features two separate bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, allowing smooth and practical use of the space without sharing constraints.
This layout is ideal for two couples or a family. - Bedroom with one 160x200 bed - Bedroom with two 80x200 beds (can be joined) The central living area includes a lounge with a smart TV, a dining space and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with Tassimo and bean-to-cup coffee machines). The layout is designed for everyday convenience, with modern equipment throughout.
Discreet and user-friendly home automation enhances the overall comfort of your stay. Outside, a covered terrace under a bioclimatic pergola provides a sheltered space for meals or relaxing moments, directly connected to the shared garden.
The heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m, maximum depth 1.45 m), secured by a dome cover, is available in season. In addition, a wellness area including sauna, hammam and jacuzzi is available as an option, upon reservation with the owner.
A pétanque court is also at your disposal.
