Bright apartment perfect for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a period building in the heart of the historic center (ZTL). The apartment boasts all the main comforts, including a private garden, an oasis of peace and greenery in the middle of the city.
The interiors retain original elements and reflect the historical richness of the building, while ensuring modern comfort.
All points of interest can be reached on foot or with the SCLPA public service just 150 meters away.
The 85 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb a flight of 12 steps to access it. There are also 2 steps inside the accommodation and 6 steps to access the garden.
The internal space is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table and sofa - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - BEDROOM II with two single beds and chest of drawers - BATHROOM I with wc, bidet and shower box - BATHROOM II wc, bidet and washing machine - Private GARDEN, equipped with a table and two deck chairs.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, two fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The WIFI is shared with the apartment next door, where the modem is located. - NO TV - The accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone.

The area is also equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay: within 400 meters you can find bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. -From the Umbria-Perugia "San Francesco d'Assisi" international airport it is possible to reach the apartment via bus line Q, with the final stop "V.XIV Settembre MM" 650 meters from the accommodation. -From Perugia Fontivegge station: you can reach the accommodation thanks to the TS/G/R bus line from the Fontivegge stop to the "Via Luigi Masi" stop, 100 meters from the apartment. - If you travel by car, pay attention to the ZTL. You can only enter the historic center by electric car, or from 1pm to 12am from Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 12am on weekends.
It is possible to park for a fee at the "Saba Piazza Partigiani" car park in Via Baldassarre Orsini, (7 min walk from the accommodation) or at the Saba Ripa di Meana car park, in Via Tancredi Ripa di Meana (10 min walk) .

Struttura situata in posizione centrale, infissi un po' datati ma arredamenti nuovi e ben messi. Qualche pecca minore (mancava la carta igienica, un bidet era staccato dal pavimento) ma la principale è relativa alle condizioni del giardino, con l'erba alta più di mezzo metro

The property was comfortable, clean, bright, nicely furnished and centrally located (10 min walk to the town center) as shown in the listing. Property manager was responsive for the most part. There were no sheets/pillow cases in the bedroom with twin beds and host never replied to our inquiry to get bedding. Otherwise a very good choice
