Enjoy easy access to the slipway for swimming or launching your kayak or paddleboard—just 2 minutes on foot to the left of the house. Recently renovated, the house features tasteful décor: light wood floors, cozy armchairs, a designer kitchen with blue-green tiles, and a dining table for 10 facing the sea. Large glass doors connect the interior seamlessly to the terrace, creating a living space open to the water. Five spacious bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, with three bathrooms: one modern with a walk-in shower, a second with a bathtub, and a third with a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided—just unpack and relax! End-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and one parking space (access limited to small cars; maximum path width is 2.15 m in places). Pets and parties are not allowed.
