Welcome to Maison Holen in Plougonvelin, right by Fort de Bertheaume and just 5 km from Pointe Saint-Mathieu.
Ideally located 50 m from the beach and the GR 34 trail, the house offers easy walking access to shops and restaurants.
In 11 minutes by car, you can reach Le Conquet, where the ferry to Ouessant and Molène islands departs. The villa, built in 2020, features independent access to 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, TV, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a balcony with garden furniture. You can also enjoy a relaxation room with fridge, coffee machine, and kettle, plus a shared lounge with balcony overlooking the beach—perfect for sunsets. A generous, varied breakfast is served in the relaxation room with sea view. Bertheaume’s white sand beach is 50 m away, and Trez Hir beach is a 10-minute walk.
