Enjoy this functional 28-square-meter apartment, located on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
This accommodation offers a cozy and well-equipped living space in a pleasant setting. With a furnished terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a glimpse of the sea, this apartment consists of: - a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator), - a bunk bed with two single beds, - a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, - vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron, - TV, Wi-Fi, - smoke detector, - shared pool and tennis court accessible within the residence. Free parking is available on the premises. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.

It’s a nice vacation rental for 1-2 people, with quiet surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. I was warmly welcomed by Prisca, who is really amazing and very helpful (thank you💛). In general, some things could be improved by management, but the main aspects, such as access to the beach area (8-10 minute walk), availability of all necessities, and nearby public transportation, were excellent.
