Ideally located in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 mn, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Meribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d'Isère 2h), our studio is also close to all amenities.
Only 200 metres from the beach and tennis, 10 minutes from Annecy city centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy Airport, 45km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland and 150km from Lyon Satolas Airport.
For sports enthusiasts, our apartment is at the heart of all activities: sailing, water skiing, wake-boarding, diving, golf, horse riding, summer sledding, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting, ... In the winter season, the beautiful ski resorts such as Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) will be accessible in just 30 minutes.
You will practice alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, dog rides, etc. You will like: - Studio 4-star 32m2 for 2 people - Bedding equipped with high quality bedding for your comfort - Living and dining room - Fitted kitchen (ceramic glass hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ...) - Flat screen TV, home cinema, DVD player, Bose stereo - High-speed Internet connection - Safe deposit box - Bathroom with view of the castle of Menthon Saint Bernard - Independent toilet - Washing machine, table and iron - Large cellar - A parking space - Baby bed, high chair, small bathtub and stroller cane on request - The studio is located on the second floor of a building without elevator Additional services payable on site: Deposit (refundable) EUR 1000.00 per reservation A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
