Comfortable three-room apartment with separate kitchen, in a quiet and residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure but still convenient to reach the center, the beach and the train station.
It is the ideal location to spend unforgettable days of vacation in serenity in the Gulf of Tigullio. The apartment consists of a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, a private bathroom with a shower and two balconies. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers (you can smoke outside, on the balconies) and is equipped with television and wifi.
Hairdryers, towels and bed linen are also available for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean, refined and comfortable environment.
Take care, you are welcome! The property is located in Santa Margherita in a quiet and residential area, a few steps from all services: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and the port.
With a pleasant walk you can reach the train station and bus stops or the ferry pier to explore nearby towns and discover the wonders of the Gulf of Tigullio. We remind our guests that the apartment is located on the first floor and that the building has an elevator.
You still have to climb a couple of steps. An outdoor free parking space is located at around 250 metres from the property.
We kindly remind our guests that the access gate is 210 cm wide. House rules: - Check-in at the apartment by appointment from 15 to 21.
